Psychological health experts and mindfulness coaches will work towards balancing your emotional wellbeing. As well, various practitioners specializing in internal health such as nutrition will help to optimize your body function. Although we may recognize our path to health and wellness as primarily focused on one of these pillars, we must also recognize the interconnectedness of all three.
