To heal from an injury, regain health, or to maintain overall wellness, we must observe the body as a whole. There are three pillars of overall wellness: physical health, psychological health, and internal health.
The physical health team consists of manual therapists of various specialities as well as yoga instructors who work towards helping you attain pain free movement and flexibility. Psychological health experts and mindfulness coaches will work towards balancing your emotional well being. As well, various practitioners specializing in internal health such as nutrition will help to optimize your body function. Although we may recognize our path to health and wellness as primarily focused on one of these pillars, we must also recognize the interconnectedness of all three.
Our practitioners will collaborate to customize the best plan for your overall wellness.

Our Physical Health is essential to our body’s ability to heal quickly and efficiently from injury and disease.
Our ability to move freely and without pain is the key to continued health.
As the founder of Natural Alignments Wellness Centre, Andrea's inspiration came from her belief that overall health and wellness comes from a full body understanding of the disease.
Andrea takes innovative approach to understanding the root cause of injury/disease. Since she began her journey as a private yoga instructor in 2008, as well as her study and practice of Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT) in 2011, Andrea has refined her approach to include a full body.mind treatment plan.
Through her experience, she has developed her OMT assessment and treatment to identify underlying causes of disease, which can often be less obvious. This overall wellness centre model includes a physical, psychological as well as nutritional approach. The believe that the source of the dysfunction takes its roots in nutrition, emotional distress or can be rooted in old injuries left untreated.
Andrea trained for 4 years in Hamilton, at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, and is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. This designation, Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Science, provided her an opportunity to work with a wide range of patients from those with digestive disorders, chronic migraines, back and neck pain, neurological conditions such as MS and Parkinson, to prevention and rehabilitation of injury with professional athletes.
While developing her practice, Andrea worked in a variety of clinical settings ranging from: court side therapy at a variety of professional and youth sporting events, as part of an integrated health care network, in a professional osteopathic clinic, and at her private home clinics. These diverse settings have allowed her to develop her professional skills as an Osteopath, as well as gain experience working with a variety of patient types.
Considering her passion for athletics, specifically volleyball, and her experience coaching both snowboarding as well as swimming, Andrea has had the opportunity to work with high performance athletes for the duration of her schooling. Over the past couple years, she has been asked to attend events ranging from USAV in Kentucky, as a men's open team therapist, to OVA-Satellite tournaments in the GTA.
Over the years, she has written several articles on holistic healing and this past year her article on body mechanics was published in the Yoga Conference Magazine. As a yoga instructor and functional anatomy lecturer, Andrea has been invited to teach a variety of workshops at "The Yoga Conference and Show" held annually in both Toronto and in the past, British Columbia.
Through her experience as a coach, athlete, yoga instructor and Osteopath, Andrea brings a wealth of experience to the analysis and treatment of her patients.

‘As a team-Canada athlete, we do extensive physical training both on and off the court. To ensure prevention of injury and rehabilitation, I have a team of dedicated therapists working together. This past season Andrea was my osteopath and yoga instructor. Using osteopathy, she worked on a full body approach to repairing injuries and remove restrictions which would inhibit movement. Through private yoga sessions she helped to stretch and release tension which was contributing to the injuries and preventing range of motion. She is by far the best yoga instructor and osteo I’ve ever had.’

‘As an athlete competing internationally both beach and court volleyball, I slowly started to develop shoulder and back injuries. Last season my shoulder required surgery post-season and Andrea helped to maintain existing range of motion/function so that I could play the season, as well she assisted in rehab post-surgery. She is my go-to-therapist!’

‘Andrea worked with my team as our therapist at USAV in Kentucky. Pre-Post event she worked with the athletes focusing on structural realignment and creating stability for competition and repair post-competition. She has been my osteopath for the past 3 years and has helped with injury prevention as well as rehab. She is amazing!’
From the moment you walk into the big bright modern clinic you know you have come to the right place. The staff are welcoming, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The clinic offers a collaborative approach towards your healing. I have been seeing Andrea Lee for Osteo treatment for a few months now and the results are incredible.
Great experience at this multidisciplinary clinic. The practitioners are very knowledgeable and have helped me on my journey towards healing. Would highly recommend this clinic...A true gem!
Our Grand Opening - September 19th, 2020
This past September, we cut the ribbon at Natural Alignments. Opening the clinic in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic was something that we never imagined we would have to do. We are grateful for the support of our Mississauga Mayor Bonnie Crombie, and the local residents. Read about our grand opening on our blog.
